Dr. Paul Iverson, DPT, MTC
Dr. Iverson, owner of Chattanooga Physical Therapy, has 13 years of physical therapy experience and is a certified manual therapist. After working for several large therapy companies and becoming frustrated at the inability to treat his patients with the level of attention he felt was necessary, Paul opened Chattanooga Physical Therapy in 2009. Paul is dedicated to his patients' outcome and success. Paul, his wife Brook and their daughter Morgan have called Chattanooga home since 2000 after moving here from Florida where Paul received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine. While hailing from the great state of Utah, Paul has fallen in love with Chattanooga and southern hospitality. Paul's passion for serving people and his family is followed by his intense love of pudding and 1980's music.
Jason Therrien, DPT, TPS
Jason is a board certified physical therapist who earned his doctorate level degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2011. He began his career in subacute rehabilitation serving a predominantly geriatric population in a local skilled nursing facility. During his transition into outpatient orthopedics, Jason developed a deep interest in understanding and treating chronic pain. He has since undertaken extensive research on the advancements in pain science and the evolution of treatments for pain. He earned his certification as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist through the International Spine and Pain Institute. Over time, his knowledge, experience, and success have afforded him referrals from clinicians and former patients all over the community to help those with chronic, and often complex, pain conditions. He has also had the opportunity to present his expertise with groups of patients and healthcare providers at physical therapy education departments, wellness centers, and community roundtables. Above all, Jason is a devoted family man to his daughter, Lola, and his best friend and wife, Amelia. His family and he are proud members of the Chattanooga community. He enjoys playing soccer, live music, Chattanooga FC matches, yoga, hiking, and meditation.
