This is a subtitle for your new post

Everyone knows it is important to be active to improve your health. Sometimes we let busy schedules or lack of motivation dictate how much activity we perform each day. Activity looks different between people.  What many people tend to get discouraged is thinking activity has to be exercise.  Choose what you enjoy doing! Activity can be gardening, walking, dancing, playing with kids, jump roping, hiking, bicycling or climbing. Pay attention to how much you’re moving on a daily basis and see if there are ways to increase your movement. Every little bit counts!

Top 10 Benefits of Being Active
